We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; therefore, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, intimate apparel and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include the printed return authorization slip inside the package.

  Attach the Label

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are fully covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
